Deposits for Events and Decor are non refundable as we have held the date and time and blocked our calendar for your event & ordered supplies in advance. In case of cancellation with at least a 7 day notice we can apply a credit towards a future booking within 6 months of the original event date.

If you need to reschedule we will be more then happy to reserve a new date based on availability with at least a 7 day notice.

Please note that we are not responsible for cancellations due to weather, acts of God, natural disasters or other personal circumstances beyond our control. If for any reason you must cancel, your deposit is not refundable.
